Everything I offer is centred around helping women reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more at home in themselves.
For some people, the journey begins through movement.
Others arrive through conversation, curiosity, or a quiet knowing that something needs care.

Embodied movement & freeform dance meditation
DANCEmandala is a gently guided, heart-centred movement practice where we come together to:
soften the nervous system
release stress and stored emotion
reconnect with the body
and move in a way that feels natural and true
There is no choreography, no performance, and no right way to move — just music, breath, and space to let your body lead.
Held twice monthly in Ballina, DANCEmandala is often where people first feel the safety, depth, and aliveness of this work.

My wellness coaching is for women who are:
navigating motherhood, burnout, or big life transitions
experiencing hormonal, emotional, or energy shifts
feeling disconnected from their bodies
or longing for a softer, more sustainable way to feel well
This work is slow, respectful, and deeply personalised.
There is no pressure to perform, fix, or be “well” — only space to listen, understand, and support what your body is asking for.
Why I work this way
I’ve spent many years walking my own path through health challenges, hormonal changes, breastfeeding, exhaustion, and the long journey back into my body.
What changed everything for me wasn’t more discipline — it was learning how to listen.
Now I offer that same kind of gentle, grounded support to other women, through both movement and one-on-one care.
