What DANCEmandala feels like

DANCEmandala is a gently guided, embodied movement journey that invites you into deep presence through music, rhythm, breath and intuitive dance.

Each session is held within a carefully curated body–music map, guiding you through waves of grounding, activation, release, rhythm, feeling and stillness.

Some dances are soft and inward.
Others are expressive and expansive.

All are held in a warm, non-judgemental space where you are free to move exactly as you are.

There are no steps to learn and no way to get it wrong — just your body, your breath, and the wisdom that already lives within you.

The DANCEmandala Seasonal Journey

DANCEmandala is more than a single class — it is a living, unfolding movement journey that follows a gentle, natural inner rhythm.

Here, seasonal refers to the way our bodies and emotions move through cycles of:

Grounding → Release → Renewal → Radiance

Just as nature moves through seasons, we too move through phases of settling, feeling, clearing and awakening. Each session reflects this greater wave, giving your body and nervous system space to gently open, express, integrate and come back into balance over time.

You’re welcome to join at any point in the journey. Each dance carries its own arc of settling, opening, expression and integration, and as you return over the weeks and months, these same themes continue to deepen and evolve.

Alongside this inner journey, a warm, heart-centred community is quietly forming — people who return, move together, and hold one another with kindness and respect. Many find that the intimacy and warmth of this shared space becomes just as nourishing as the movement itself.

Those who come regularly often notice a growing sense of connection, emotional release and clarity as the journey continues to unfold.

    This dance unfolds within the Grounding phase of the DANCEmandala Seasonal Journey — a gentle invitation to arrive fully in your body and reconnect with your inner steadiness.

    Ground & Glow is a nourishing embodied movement experience that begins by slowing the mind and grounding deeply through breath, feet and body awareness. From this supported and settled place, the dance gradually expands into flowing, expressive and radiant movement — rekindling warmth, clarity and your natural inner glow.

    Gently guided and open to all, this is a space to move at your own pace, release tension and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within you, leaving you feeling calm, centred and softly energised.
