One more dance together.

Dear beautiful DANCEmandala community,

As we move towards the close of 2025, I want to pause and offer my deepest gratitude to each of you who has danced, shared, rested, felt, and shown up throughout the year.

I am so grateful for everyone who was part of our dance journeys — for the trust you placed in the space, for the care you brought to your bodies and hearts, and for the gentle courage it takes to meet yourself through movement. It has been a powerful and heart-opening journey walking (and dancing) alongside you.

Before the year fully turns, I am offering one more opportunity to dance together:

Into the Light – DANCEmandala & Cacao Sunday, December 28th | 9–11am Ballina | $45

This is a longer, spacious DANCEmandala journey to consciously honour the closing of the year and step gently into what is calling us forward. We’ll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, allowing the medicine of cacao to support connection, intention, and presence, before moving into a guided DANCEmandala dance journey — weaving stillness, free movement, music, and reflection.

This session is about integration, softness, and light, tending to what we are carrying, and honouring the wisdom held in our bodies as we transition from one year into the next.

If you feel called to join us, please reply to this email by the solstice on December 21st, so I can gauge numbers and confirm the hall.

Thank you again for being part of this community and for the energy, sincerity, and heart you bring into the space. It truly wouldn’t be the same without you.
